What will the consult be like?

• Each consult is typically 60-90 minutes long, either in your home or via a secure virtual platform

• Education on your specific pump and how best to use it

• Flange size fitting, and an opportunity to learn about and try different brand flanges to see what works best for you body

• Create a personalized plan on how best to prepare for you first days and weeks back to work

• Go over the specifics of your work day and create a plan for how, when, and where to pump

• Education on milk storage guidelines and navigating commuting as a pumping parent

How much will it cost?

• Most PPO plans will cover multiple postpartum consults. You can check your coverage here

• Out of pocket in-home consult: $200

• Out of pocket virtual consult: $150
