Rachel Paul, BSN, RN, IBCLC

Rachel’s service area includes Pasadena, Altadena, Sierra Madre, La Cañada, South Pasadena, and Northeast Los Angeles

Rachel (she/her) is a registered nurse and board certified lactation consultant. After working for many years as an oncology nurse, she began working in women's health and as an IBCLC.

Rachel first became passionate about lactation care while an inpatient nurse in a bone marrow transplant unit, navigating feeding her new baby. She feels there is no better job out there than providing lactation care to families with the goal always that they feel seen, supported, and expertly guided without judgment. In addition to working in private practice, Rachel works as a lactation consultant in a level IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit in a large Los Angeles hospital. She especially loves working with NICU families and helping them navigate the path to feeding their own new babies, often in unexpected and complex circumstances.

Originally from New York, she lives in Altadena with her husband and two little kids. When not at work, she loves exploring her kids' interests with them, which right now are dinosaurs and volcanoes.
